One of the original thirteen colonies, SC is located in the Deep South. Situated between North Carolina and Georgia on the Eastern Seaboard, our state includes beaches and mountains; bustling cities, major military installations and quiet countrysides; mom and pop companies and booming, international businesses; cutting edge research and historic places.

It would be difficult to choose a favorite place here. This intriguing corner of the world contains a number of cities, towns and communities, each with it's own unique charms. Southern charm continues to abound here. Steeped in history, our natives stand proud of their heritage.

The price range goes from several thousand up to the millions of dollars. Once you fall in love with our lifestyle, it'll be a cinch to locate a home that you'll love equally as well!

Naturally, chain restaurants, big name motels, chain stores and big box stores are plentiful. However, you'll want to sample the "real" flavor of this delightful SC area through the locally owned bed and breakfast inns, stores and restaurants. The only problem most people have is trying to decide which to try first!

Is history your thing? Antiques? Horses? Local festivals? Whatever your passion, there's always something fun and interesting happening around here!

As I develop this web site, I will be writing in more detail about all the reasons you gotta love my South Carolina! I speak with the knowledge passed down from my forefathers. Having lived here all but three years of my life, I've experienced much of what South Carolina has to offer through public schools, leading state universities, jobs, real estate, tourist attractions, our people and much, much more.

For now, I'll close the way I began, paraphrasing one of my favorite songs, "Nothing could be finer than to be in my South Carolina....."
