Easy Cornbread Stuffing or Dressing Recipe


A 6 oz. package of Stuffing Mix (Choose your favorite, either Cornbread, Chicken or Turkey.)
A 12.5 oz. can of Chunk Chicken Breast
A 10 and 3/4 oz. can of Chicken Noodle Soup
Water...After emptying Soup can, fill it with Water.
A heaping Tablespoon of Margarine
Finely chopped onion, to taste (I use about 1/4 cup.)
OPTIONAL: Finely, chopped boiled egg

Spray a baking dish (approximately 8" X 8") with non-stick spray. Set aside.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, pour the Un-drained can of Chicken. With a fork, mash the chicken until it is shredded. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

If you like a moister stuffing, add more water and margarine.

If your preference is a drier dressing, use less water.

Pour into baking dish. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until top is browned.
