SC Midlands Homes are Selling!!
Grab up the Real Estate Deals, While They Last!

Oh my gracious! If you are a person who likes a bargain, now is the time to get magnificient home, commercial or land buys in SC! Even if you have something to sell, some builders are offering to trade their house for yours. Not only are there good buys out there; but also interest rates remain low. Banks have many programs available, one of which will surely meet your needs. Fortunately, we have some great lenders, who assist with credit repair for those who need it.

Mortgage rates on 30 year loans are still low; but they appear to be beginning to rise. As a result, there has never been a better time to lock in favorable financing that will keep monthly payments affordable.

By the way, some sellers now offer a lease to purchase option, to help buyers get in their homes. The lease to purchase works well for folks who have a home to sell or those who need to have problems cleared up on their credit history.

Housing values will rise! The value of homes has increased through all 6 recessions in the past 43 years. Incidentally, rates remain in the 6% range!

To attest to the fact that homes in this area are selling, look at some that I have recently been involved in the closings of:
