Golden Surprise

2 cans yellow hominy, drained
2 cans Green Giant Mexi-corn, drained
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 large container sour cream
1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 or 3 chopped green onions
1 Tablespoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Paprika to taste

In a bowl, combine all ingredients, except paprika and 1/2 pound cheese. Transfer mixture to large baking dish and add the remaining 1/2 pound of cheese to top. Sprinkle paprika atop cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
