Easy Corn Pudding
1 can whole kernel corn 1 can cream style corn One 8 oz. container sour cream 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 stick margarine 2 beaten eggs (optional)
Melt margarine in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients and pour in baking dish. Bake 1 and 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
