Aunt Margaret's Bean Salad
14.5 oz. Can Lima Beans (Drained) 14.5 oz. Can Whole Kernel Corn (Drained) 14.5 oz. Can Peas (Drained) 14.5 oz. Can Kidney Beans (Drained) 1 Green Pepper, Finely Chopped 1 Small Jar Red Pimentos, Chopped (Do NOT drain.)
Dressing: 1/2 Cup Wesson Oil 1 Cup Sugar 3/4 Cup Vinegar 1 Tablespoon Salt 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Make sure all ingredients are drained well. If pimento is not shredded in can, chop it.
Heat dressing ingredients until very hot, but do not boil. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
