Apple Salad Delight
2 cored, chopped Apples to suit your taste (Golden Delicious, Gala, etc.) Chopped Walnuts or Pecans, to taste (I like about a cup.) Raisins, to taste (I start with 1/2 cup and many times add more.) 1/2 cup Coconut (Here again, suit your taste buds. Adjust to what you like.) Mayonnaise to taste (Start with a teaspoonful. Add more, if desired.) Cool Whip (Start with 1/2 cup. More can be added, as you wish.) 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (optional) 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Mix all ingredients gently, but thoroughly.
Other fruit can be added to this salad. Some to consider are seedless grapes and tangerines
